So what are Playbooks?
Playbooks are automated notification sequences for marketers. Which mean no more manually scheduling them! These pre-built templates are personalized and take care of the notification copy as well as the optimal time the notification needs to be sent at. All you need to do is turn the Playbooks ‘On’. Here is how it works
Once a website visitor subscribes to your notifications, the notification sequence gets activated. You can change the timing of when each notification should be pushed. Edits to the text can also be made, like adding a coupon code, changing the discount percentage etc. Here is a sample notification sequence-

These sequential triggered notifications make sure that your brand is on their mind from the day they have subscribed. This helps build recall value and encourages them to buy from your store.

We have observed that a notification sent after 30 mins of users abandoning the cart has been successful in making users convert right away. We recommend the second notification to be pushed (if users have not converted already) in 2 hours followed by a third one in 24 hours.
